The eight European-style bungalows of the Dumaguete Springs Beach Resort in Bacong, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental, in the Philippines are
surrounded by coconut trees and a tropical garden. Budget-conscious travelers can choose from among the resort’s four bungalows with pool view
and sea view and two double bungalows with a view of the islands of Siquijor and Apo Island. Each air-conditioned bungalow is equipped with a
kitchen, gas stove, refrigerator, satellite television, king-sized double bed, cold and hot water and a private terrace.
Aside from bungalow accommodations, the Dumaguete Springs Beach Resort offers tropical-style beach huts which are situated under palm trees, a
mere five meters away from the waterline and the resort’s boat jetty. Each beach hut is equipped with electric fan, cable television and toilet
and bath. No air conditioner is needed because the location of the huts gives them direct access to the beach’s natural breeze. The native
ambience is reinforced with raw bamboo furnishings. A hut can accommodate up to 12 people and a movable divider door between two huts enables
their conversion into a big room, which is ideal for a seminar, conference or workshop. A beachfront terrace is available for guests staying in
the nipa huts.

broadband Internet access, motorbike and car rental, and private jetty.
Guests can also sign up for beginner diving and snorkeling lessons which are conducted in the resort’s pool. Chilling out in the restaurant
and bar is another popular option.
